Here's all we know on how to cancel a flight with the Dubai-based airline.

How do you cancel an Emirates flight?

It can be a seriously disappointing experience having to cancel flights, especially if you were looking forward to a much-needed sunny getaway.

The good news is, Emirates make the process pretty straightforward.

Any changes you want to make to your booking can be done on the company website in the Manage your booking section.

According to the site, you can keep your ticket and get it contact with them when you're ready to travel if your trip has been impacted by Covid.

Will I get my money back for the flight?

It is possible to get a refund for an online booking, provided it's within the conditions of the fare.

The carrier says you may also be able to hang on to your ticket and use it later, as it's extended the validity of tickets to help travellers plan their trips.

To cancel, visit the Manage your booking section, where you'll find a refund form.
