Incredible £180MILLION ultra-luxury 550ft-long cruise ship pulls into British waters for the first time ever | The Sun

A SIX-STAR "ultra-luxury" cruise ship worth £180million has sailed into British waters for the first time ever.

Scenic Eclipse, which can carry 228 passengers, has moored in Cornish harbour Fowey during its maiden trip to Britain.

The 551ft craft, owned by company Scenic Group, was built in Croatia and first launched in 2018.

However, it was in service for just months before being anchored during the pandemic.

Sailing trips on the world's poshest cruiser resumed at the beginning of this year.

The vessel has made a stop in the south-west today as it travels to Bergen in Norway.

Every guest will also be allocated a butler.

In an even more extravagant twist, the ship has two Eurocopter helicopters on board.

For an extra fee, visitors heading to the Med can fly over Mount Etna, while those on a southern voyage – which costs from £16,200 – could see Antarctica from the air.

The liner also carries a seven person crewed submersible, Scenic Neptune, which is capable of diving to depths of up to 300 metres.

Those who like to stay fit on holiday can visit the spa, gym, yoga studio, or one of two swimming pools.

And guests who'd rather eat and drink their way around the world can visit the nine restaurants and eight lounges and bars.
