JAMES Bond fans can book a stay in a Bond-themed windmill, situated on its own island, for less than £60pp a night.
The 300 year-old converted windmill combines features from yester-year, with several nods to 007 throughout.
The property is located on waterways of the Norfolk Broads and has its own private mooring.
It has its a viewing gallery on top and a Bond-themed office/dressing room area, among a number of exciting features.
Guests can enjoy the wildlife and beauty of the surrounding area, while fishing is also an option.
Upon entering the mill guests will arrive in the circular industrial style kitchen, which comes complete with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, additional drinks fridge and washer/dryer.

From there, two steps lead up to a light and airy film themed lounge/dining area, with two stylish sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed.
There is a feature wood burner for cosy winter nights, a large smart TV and DVD entertainment system with a selection of films, board games, CD’s and, for stargazers, a telescope.
Two double patio doors open onto the main south facing decking area which is perfect for al fresco dining.
Also on the ground floor is a contemporary shower room with shower and toilet.

Above the lounge is a half spiral, steep staircase which heads up to a cosy double bedroom on a mezzanine level overlooking the lounge.
There's also a luxury round double bedroom, with feature round bed and smart TV, while the second floor has a quirky open-plan single bed area with TV.
Further up an original staircase to the third floor guests will discover the Bond themed office/dressing room area.
It has a dressing table/desk and is decorated with Bond-related decorations throughout.
Above that room, visitors will finally reach the fourth and top floor of the mill.
This is known as the aerial lounge and has a double sofa bed and TV, with a private balcony to fully appreciate the far reaching, breath-taking views across the Norfolk Broads.
Outside In the private landscaped garden guests will have use of an additional rustic style outdoor toilet with a shower, mainly for use in the summer months.
There is also a cleverly arranged seating area that allows guests to enjoy the sun all day long.
Bond Island Windmill has its own private mooring for guests use should they also hire a boat.
A free car parking permit is available in a nearby car park – 700 yards along a footpath from the windmill.
Staying at the windmill costs £2,070 for a week, which works out at £59pp per night, when shared between five.
Dogs are allowed to accompany guests in the windmill.
