Inside Marbella home where Boris Johnson is staying (that you can book for £22k)

You’ve probably seen the photos of Boris Johnson painting sunsets on a balcony in Spain, on that holiday that is ‘important for the whole country’, apparently.

While there are many, many questions to be asked about the prime minister’s jaunts in Marbella, there’s one in particular that might have popped up: where actually is he?

Well, here’s the answer: Boris, Carrie, and 17-month-old Wilf have headed to a hillside villa owned by Zac Goldsmith, called Torre Tramores.

And the good news, if you’ve gazed upon the pics and found yourself deeply envious of our mop-haired leader, is you can rent the same place… as long as you can front upwards of £22,000 a week.

What would you get for such a grand amount of cash? Let’s break it down.

Torre Tramores is made up of a massive manor house sat on 600 acres of private gardens and woodlands, tucked away by the village of Benahavís.

Location-wise, it’s pretty dreamy, in an area that has been deemed ‘The Superstars’ Cul-de-Sac’ thanks to all the mega-rich and famous people who own holiday homes there.

It’s just a short drive to Marbella’s best beaches, where you can soak up all the sun, sea, and sand with all the elites, but also gives you a secluded feel thanks to its altitude of 580ft in the mountains.

Guests might not really want to explore outside the estate, mind you, as it’s pretty much got everything you’d need for a relaxing – and very luxurious – holiday.

In terms of outside space, you’ve got the woodlands to wander around, plus two swimming pools, a tennis court, and a heli-pad.

There’s also a small organic farm for sustenance, and clear springs and streams – all forming picturesque landscapes to inspire your paintings.

There are, as you’d expect, lots of sunbeds and secret spots to bathe in sun or shade.

Head inside and you’ll find a games and TV room, in case you aren’t keen on making the most of the hot weather. This has a pool table, darts, a TV, and table tennis.

The property sleeps 18 guests across the main house; which has three large double bedrooms, one medium double bedroom, and one single bedroom, an apartment, and an annexe.

There are also plenty of plush sitting rooms to lounge in, and large kitchens for cooking up family feasts.

The website promises that the house offers a ‘sophisticated but relaxed setting’, describing it as a ‘secret paradise’ that ‘offers both an intimate retreat from the city and busyness of modern life, and a wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion or host family and friends’.

Included in the cost is wifi (of course), a resident chef, and housekeeping.

And that cost, as we mentioned, is on the steep side. A week’s stay in November is available for £21,910, but this goes up to £28,547 over the Christmas period.

If that’s small change to you (congratulations), you can book through Red Savannah.
