The spring bank holiday takes place on Monday 31 May in England and Wales.

It will be the first bank holiday when hotels will be allowed to welcome guests, as they reopened on May 17.

B&Bs and hostels were also allowed to open, as well as selected indoor activities and indoor hospitality.
