The Love Islanders' guide to Dubai | The Sun

YEAR-ROUND warm weather, buzzing nightlife and unrivalled luxury all make Dubai a perfect holiday destination for celebrities – including those who made their name on Love Island.

Plenty of the show's contestants have swapped Casa Amor for the city's glamorous resorts, with more than enough to choose from in the "Crown Jewel of the Middle East".

Here, we've rounded up just some of the stars of the show who've holidayed in Dubai and the amazing places they've stayed, so you too can travel like a Love Islander.

One of the most popular resorts among the show's contestants is the Atlantis, The Palm, with Laura Anderson and Olivia and Alex Bowen all choosing to stay there.

The five star accommodation is situated on the crescent of the Palm Island, the internationally recognised palm tree-shaped artificial island in Dubai.

The 1,548-room ocean-themed accommodation is built in the style of an Arabian Castle and has plenty on offer for its guests.

It has three outdoor pools and a private beach, as well as30 bars, restaurants and lounges.

It's also home to the Aquaventure Waterpark, The Lost Chambers Aquarium and the Atlantis Kids Club, meaning there's plenty to entertain youngsters too.

Each room has its own private balcony, with views either across the Arabian Gulf or of Dubai's iconic skyline.

In a post on her Instagram from the Atlantis, Laura Anderson wrote: "I’ve been lucky enough to visit a lot of 4/5 star hotels during my time as cabin crew and living in Dubai for 10 years.

"We're pretty spoiled by impressive views, so it takes a lot (annoyingly) to blow me away, just by a hotel lobby, customer service or skyline.

"Just spectacular. What a magical day."

A five-night room only stay at the Atlantis, including direct flights with Emirates from London Gatwick, departing on July 6, is available from £1,280pp with Travel Republic, based on two adults sharing.

Elsewhere, Love Islanders have been known to visit the adult-only five star resort of Terra Solis, including both Sammy James and Georgia Steel.

Sammy shared a video compilation of her desert holiday to her Instagram page earlier this year.

She captioned the post: "Desert dreaming @terrasolisdubai 🤎."

The unique resort not only offers luxury rooms, but has desert glamping options as well.

The accommodation is nestled between the Arabian dunes and is "inspired by the most beautiful star constellations", welcoming people from around the globe to "a magical oasis of relaxation in the Arabian desert".

There are three accommodation options for guests, all named after stars, meteor showers and constellations.

There are the Polaris bell tents, the Perseid lodges, and the Orion pool lodges to choose from.

Guests will also have access to a picturesque swimming pool at the heart of the destination, as well as a restaurant, a bar and a shisha lounge.

Four nights bed and breakfast, including direct Flights with British Airways from Heathrow, departing on July 28 is available from £886pp with Travel Republic, based on two adults sharing.

However, arguably the most popular resort in Dubai among Love Islanders is the five star FIVE Palm Jumeirah Hotel.

Liam Reardon and Millie Court visited together, while Gabby Allen, Kaz Crossley, Ellie Brown, Wes Nelson and Amber Davies have all also checked in.

The resort has 470 air-conditioned rooms, all with private balconies and private bathrooms with deep soaking bathtubs and designer toiletries.

There are three outdoor swimming pools and three restaurants, including the Maiden Shanghai, which serves contemporary Chinese cuisine.

Posing for a picture in front of one of the resort's pools, Wes Nelson, wrote on Instagram: "Nothing but good energy!"
