A WOMAN was left shocked when she woke up to discover a small child had drawn all over her socks.
Passenger Julia Valentine had removed her shoes and nodded off with her feet squashed into the small gap between the wall of the plane and the seat in front.
When she awoke from her nap, she realised that the child sat in front of her had taken it upon themselves to give her crisp white socks a snazzy new design.
Purple and blue scribbles were now all over Julia's left sock, leaving her shocked.
She shared footage of the unwanted scribbles online, with the caption "I woke up to some random kid drawing on my white socks…".
The video was picked up by Instagram account Passenger Shaming, who shared it with their 1.4million followers.

They shared some advice on going shoeless on board a plane, saying: "We are often asked about wearing socks on planes, and we are 100% okay with it…IF they are clean, don’t smell, and stay in your own space and not propped on various parts of the aircraft."
Other people agreed with the child's actions, with one saying: "If your feet are somewhere they can be “drawn on” then they are in the wrong place."
A second said: "Your feet were in their space it became their paper."
Flight attendants seem to agree with the child, with many suggesting shoes should remain on throughout the duration of a flight.
Cabin crew member Raven Johnson said: "Yes, they're cleaning the planes a lot more than they used to, but still, you're not at home."
Another attendant wrote on Reddit: "I promise you, 9 times out of 10, that is not water on the floor.
"The toilets are often absolutely disgusting and get deep cleaned only at the end of a route, for us this could be from one side of the world to the other… imagine how lovely they are at the end of a 12 hour flight with 200 people using them.”
Meanwhile, this passenger was yelled at for removing her footwear on a flight.
And this passenger put their bare feet on the person in front's arm rest.
