YOU could have your own holiday home for an entire year, and pay just £1.15 – but there is a catch.
Monachyle Mhor boutique hotel in Balquhidder in Scotland is offering one lucky family the chance to use the eco home for the whole year for staycation breaks.
Located near Loch Voil, with 2,000 acres of land, the tiny room would usually cost £200 per night, working out to £33,000 to rent for the whole year.
Inside is a double bed, as well as a kitchenette, woodburner and gas cooker, as well as a full bathroom and outdoor deck with a firepit.
The fridge is fully stocked with drinks while there is also a herb garden to use when staying.
While tiny, the house also has hot water and electricity although no WiFi so you can get away with no distractions.
However, only one lucky person will be able to take advantage of the cheap house, which has been launched by the drink Highland Spring.
To enter, all you have to do is post a picture of a new Highland Spring sparkling water cans while outside with tags and hashtags, with the winner being announced on August 2021.
The lucky people who win can then stay at the luxury homes for a full year although it must only be as a holiday home.
Guests can stay a max of 14 days per month, with at least a week in between stays.
Mike Buckland, Consumer Marketing Controller at Highland Spring Group, said: "Whoever gets their hands on our tiny house for a year will be able to experience the very best of nature right on their doorstep, in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity – one of the most sought-after luxuries in one of the country’s most beautiful locations will be all theirs.
"Surrounded by ospreys and otters, loch swimming and mountain climbing, this is a magical place for someone to call their holiday home.”
