You can stay in a converted school bus for just £17pp a night | The Sun

SCHOOL might be out for the summer but not at this quirky glamping spot in Lincolnshire, where you can stay in a converted American school bus.

And it’s pretty budget-friendly too, with prices starting from £17pp a night.

The converted school bus is bookable through Cool Stays.

It sleeps six people – there’s a bedroom area at the back with a super king size bed plus four adult-sized bunks – making it perfect for a family or a group of friends who don’t mind sharing small spaces.

Most of the bus is made up of the living area.

In the middle, you have a kitchenette space with a two-burner stove and sink on one side and a breakfast bar/desk space on the other.

Towards the front of the bus you have a lounge area with leather sofa and arm chairs.

But staying here is all about making the most of the great outdoors.

The bus is located in a private garden so you have plenty of green space, and there’s a fire pit that you can enjoy at night.

It’s also close to the beach, or you can enjoy walks in the Lincolnshire countryside.

However, it is very much glamping so facilities are limited.

You’ll have to bring your own pillows and sleeping bags, for example.

You do have access to a private toilet and a hot bag shower, and the bus has been fitted with a solar panel so you can recharge your devices as well.

Stays here start from £100 a night, which between six people would work out to £16.67pp a night.

And there’s still availability for this summer – book it here.
