At least 10 people were shot — one fatally — in seven separate incidents across the city late Wednesday into early Thursday, cops and police sources said.

The fatal shooting victim was a 42-year-old woman blasted in the leg and head on Franklin Avenue near Prospect Place in Prospect Heights around 9:40 p.m. Wednesday, authorities said.

She was discovered unconscious and unresponsive and taken to Interfaith Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

No arrests have been made, and the victim’s name has not immediately been released, pending family notification.

Investigators found five 9mm shell casings on scene, the sources said.

In an earlier shooting around 8 p.m., a 34-year-old man was shot in the torso on 10th Avenue near Dyckman Street in Fort George, when the driver of another vehicle rolled up alongside him and squeezed off a few rounds, cops said.

The victim was taken to Harlem Hospital in stable condition.

In East Williamsburg around 9:35 p.m., a 23-year-old man was shot in the left leg during a dispute with another man outside a Frost Street building on the grounds of NYCHA’s Cooper Park Houses, police sources said.

The suspect took off, and the victim was taken to Woodhull Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

And about 20 minutes later, two men were shot on DeKalb Avenue near Taaffe Place in Clinton Hill, police sources said.

One victim was shot in the lower back and was taken to Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. The other, who said he heard gunfire and realized he was shot in the heel, went to the Brooklyn Hospital Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

Hours later in Jamaica, a 40-year-old man was sitting in a car at 2:45 a.m. Thursday when another man approached and the two got into a dispute, cops said.

The suspect then fired at him, striking him in the neck and wrist before taking off, authorities said.

The victim was taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in stable condition.

A half-hour later, two men, 19 and 20, were shot as they slept in their car on Williams Avenue near East New York Avenue in Ocean Hill, police sources said.

The younger victim was shot in the hip and the older man in the pelvis, the sources said.

Both were taken to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in stable condition.

The violence continued in Jamaica around 9 a.m. — when two men, 20 and 66, were shot and wounded aboard an MTA bus, cops said.

Police said the suspect, Melvin Adams, 43, who was taken into custody shortly after the shooting at 148th Street and Jamaica Avenue, was aiming at someone else at the intersection when he missed and hit the bus.
