Man, 24, charged after woman found dead at a house as family pay tribute to 'shining light' | The Sun

A MAN has been charged after a woman was found dead at a house as her family paid tribute.

Police forced entry into a terraced house in Ilbert Street, Plymouth, Devon, on Saturday afternoon after a concern for welfare report.


First aid was started but Hazel Huggins could not be saved and died at the scene.

Yesterday Bradley Huggins, 24, of the same address, was charged with murder and was due to appear before magistrates in Plymouth.

Police said: "It is believed they were known to each other."

Her family said: "Hazel was a bright shining light and loved by many.
