Security guards of an apartment complex where model Courtney Clenney allegedly stabbed her boyfriend to death were reportedly outside when the incident took place, a lawsuit claims.
In the lawsuit, filed by her boyfriend Christian Obumseli's estate, claims that security stood outside the Miami, US, apartment door for 12 minutes but were “doing nothing” to intervene on April 3, 2022.
It is alleged they waited for Clenney to call the police herself despite claims they “heard yelling through the door”.

The lawsuit continued: “'They allowed Ms. Clenney to commit murder without providing any intervention – they stood outside the door of the unit while Ms. Clenney committed her heinous crime and did nothing to stop or attempt to stop the murder from occurring.”
“Had the building personnel or security performed their duties when they were first notified about the fight, 2 minutes after it started, Christian Obumseli would still be alive”, the suit continued.
