Can YOU spot the dogs? Woman left in stitches when her two Dachshund puppies blend in perfectly with the ’80s carpet in her new home

  • She shared the images online and said that people loved the sweet pictures

A dog breeder has revealed how she did a double take when her two Dachshunds blended in so perfectly with the retro carpet in her new home that she could barely see them. 

Zoe Raw, 39, revealed how her two spotted brown puppies were exploring their surroundings at her new home in Taunton, Somerset when she realised that the 80s brown floral carpet was the perfect camouflage. 

The mother-of-three said she considered keeping the carpet for fun photo opportunities, but quickly replaced the ‘outdated’ decor to avoid any more confusion.

She said: ‘We had just moved into the property which has a unique style of interior.

‘The carpet hadn’t been touched since the eighties.’

Zoe, who is the director of Rawsome Dachshunds, welcomes around six new litters every year. 

She never imagined the carpet would bring so much joy and laughter.

The spotted brown puppies blended seamlessly into the outdated carpet at her new home

She said: ‘One day, I turned around and I couldn’t see the two puppies playing.

‘They blended into the carpet. I couldn’t stop laughing and had to take a photo.

‘I even considered keeping the carpet to create more content but I soon came to my senses and got rid of it.

‘I shared the image online and people were having to double-take.

‘The brown spotty puppies were perfectly camouflaged.’

Zoe says she even considered keeping the carpet to create more content but in the end decided to get rid of it 

The curious puppies blended in with their surroundings as they sniffed around the room, blending in with the carpet
