Tech fans looking to upgrade some of their beloved gadgets will be pleased to hear that Currys PC World will be reopening 249 of its UK stores on Monday, and it wouldn't be a grand reopening without something special for the shoppers.

To welcome customers back to physical stores on April 12, the tech giant has announced it will be hosting a huge XXL tech clearance sale that will be available online and in stores.

The sale is set to be one of the biggest yet from the retailer and will have products with offers up to 70% off from favoured brands such as Shark, LG and Beko.

To reduce unnecessary travel, Currys PC world will be offering additional XXL Clearance reductions online and customers will still have the option to order online and collect in-store.

Upon reopening on April 12, stores will be extending opening hours by two hours per day Monday – Saturday to allow customers additional time to visit and most branches will open 10am to 8pm. We've included this handy store locator to find specific opening hours.

We've rounded up some of the top deals to watch out for in the sale below.
