Erika Jayne’s legal drama has moved from the courtroom to Twitter.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, 50, slammed one of the lawyers in the bankruptcy case against her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s firm, Girardi Keese, Sunday.

While she did not name Ronald Richards herself, Jayne retweeted a fan who wrote, “There are 2 types of lawyers. Legal eagles And Bottom feeders The ass is the latter. F–k Ronnie McDonald and his slimy, lying, fake ass internet JSD.”

She also tweeted, “Clown ass” alongside a GIF of Heath Ledger’s Joker clapping his hands before telling another fan, “Apparently anyone can be a ‘lawyer.’”

Jayne then “liked” a fan’s tweet that read, “I don’t know what mobster would ever find him qualified enough to provide them with representation?! He seems to be a low budget lawyer!”

“Low budget at best,” the reality star replied. “He’s already complaining he has to spend his own money on this case. #hesinitforthemoney Don’t be fooled.”

In response to Jayne’s scathing tweets, Richards told Page Six Monday, “It is unfortunate that there is no client control, which has resulted in more profane and tone-deaf posts which now are apparently directed at myself and my hardworking team.

“We cannot help but point out the irony that she previously complained about comments made about her. However, now in a transparent attempt to deflect scrutiny from the source of her mass amounts of capital she is spending, she has now resorted to weaponizing her vast platform to hurl low-brow insults and mean tweets. Obviously, we will ignore them as they have no bearing on the work we are doing. We look forward to her attorney’s anticipated cooperation.”

Jayne previously attacked Richards in court papers filed last month, claiming that she “has been and remains willing to cooperate fully” with the investigation into Girardi’s firm and wanted Richards removed from the case for making “false and inflammatory social media posts and public statements” suggesting that she was not participating.

Richards had previously accused Jayne of refusing to turn over her financial records and using her “glam” lifestyle to conceal her assets.

She alleged in her papers that his social media posts about her and the case “violate the ethical rules to which he is bound and that unfairly target [her] in an attempt to destroy her credibility before any claim is even brought against her in this proceeding” and that he has “harassed” her “publicly through extra-judicial statements.”

Richards denied Jayne’s accusations at the time, telling Page Six in a statement, “It is laughable to suggest that our 16,000 followers compared to Erika’s 417,000 followers in a city of 12,500,000 would somehow would have an impact on anything. The First Amendment does not leave itself in the doorways of the courthouse, and the motion is a transparent attempt to interfere with the trustee’s choice of counsel. These First Amendment arguments were previously raised by her other counsel and rejected. No gag order was issued. Simply submitting innocuous and inadmissible hearsay comments on publicly filed documents does not create any relevant or actionable information.”

The “XXpen$ive” singer’s legal issues began to implode after she filed for divorce from Girardi, 82, in November 2020.

The now-estranged couple were accused of embezzling funds meant for Lion Air Flight 610 victims through the divorce the following month, and they were the subjects of an explosive Hulu documentary, “The Housewife and the Hustler,” in June.

Jayne has adamantly denied having knowledge of Girardi’s alleged crimes.

The disgraced lawyer, for his part, was placed under a conservatorship earlier this year, citing a “major neurocognitive disorder” as the reason.
