Manhattan socialite Patty Raynes was found dead in her Wellington, Fla., home by her housekeeper on Thursday morning, Page Six has learned.

The authorities haven’t released a cause of death, but her family believes she died from asthma-related problems.

Her mother, Barbara Davis, told us via a rep: “On behalf of the Davis family, we are heartbroken by the untimely passing of our dear Patty Davis Raynes. I’m devastated to share that my daughter passed away earlier today after suffering from an asthma infection. Patty left a hole in our hearts that cannot be filled. We appreciate your thoughts, prayers, and respect for privacy during the unimaginable time.”

She was 70.

Raynes, who was an accomplished equestrian, had been suffering from severe asthma and was hospitalized last week because she was having a hard time breathing, according to the rep.

Other sources told us she was expected at lunch with pals in Palm Beach on Thursday and was planning to fly back to New York this weekend after spending her winter in the Florida enclave, where she rode horses. Her sister, Nancy Davis, is seeking information about what she has been up to over the past couple of weeks, we’re told.

Raynes was the eldest daughter of late oil baron Marvin Davis, and her family was one of the inspirations behind the Carrington family on Aaron Spelling’s iconic soap “Dynasty.” She was immortalized by Andy Warhol in a 1985 portrait with her then toddler son, Nick.

Nick was found dead of an of an overdose in his Manhattan apartment in 2017.

Sources told us that Patty “hasn’t been the same” since his passing and has struggled with dark days. Another source told us she was starting to get back to her old self after dealing with so much loss over the past few years.

Her dad, Marvin, famously once owned 20th Century Fox, Aspen Ski Company, the Beverly Hills Hotel and more. Patty once sued her siblings, her mom and family advisers, claiming they helped her famous dad loot her trust fund. She settled the dispute in 2008 and we’re told she was estranged from her family until Nick died.

Pals described Raynes as “a sweet woman with a heart of gold.” And despite her family’s tremendous wealth, she was extremely unassuming.
