A keen home cook shared a snap of his roast potatoes – and foodies have gone wild for the tasty recipe.
We're not surprised, either, as every Brit loves a roastie on the side of their roast dinner or even as a snack alone.

Darren Bird posted a photo of his golden garlic and rosemary roasties on Facebook’s Rate My Plate group.
And, almost 600 people liked the crispy-looking potatoes calling them “yummy” and “perfect”.
He captioned the image: “Roast potatoes with garlic and rosemary.”

Speaking to The Daily Star, Darren shared the recipe for his tasty potatoes so you can try them with your next roast.
He explained: “Peel and chop Maris Piper potatoes then par boil until you can stick a sharp knife in them.
“Drain, fluff up and leave to completely cool.
“Heat sunflower oil in a cast iron casserole dish at 200c fan assisted.”
“Add potatoes and turn to coat in oil then sprinkle on fresh chopped rosemary, garlic granules and add some peeled whole garlic cloves.
“Cook for about 40-50 mins turning at least twice and turn oven up for last 10 mins of cooking to 220c if needed.”
