DEAR DEIDRE: I WAS made redundant a year ago and although I have been successful and found a new job, I do not enjoy it.
I stay in bed until it is time to go to work.

Your colleagues were a big part of your professional and personal life but make the effort to arrange to meet up with them now and again so you can remain friends.
