Georgie Clarke is known for her refreshingly honest Instagram posts.

Instead of airbrushing snaps she posts online, the influencer showcases her natural beauty.

And for her latest post, the Londoner wanted to highlight how different your body can look depending on the time you take photos.

Georgie wanted to show it’s perfectly normal for your weight to fluctuate during the day.

She told her 724,000 followers: “So this morning I woke up feeling trim, toned and most of all MOTIVATED – and as today has progressed, I’ve had one of those days where everything has gone wrong.

“Oh and I’ve bloated LOADS! As the days gone on… the stress has presented itself as belly bloat!”

She continued: “Not everyday will go to plan and it’s important on days like this that you are kind to yourself.

“I decided to take the pressure off myself and take it easy for the rest of the day.

“Recognising this when I’m having a bad day in the past has been something I’ve really struggled with.

“I would always be so hard on myself and be so irritated when I didn’t get everything I needed to done.

“Knowing when I need to be kind to myself is something I’ve been working on. And today… was one of those days.”

Instead of pushing herself more, Georgie decided to give herself some TLC.

She added: “Tonight I’m treating myself to a cocktail with my friend, some cookies and maybe even a pizza later!

“And that’s okay because it’s what I need after today. I’m giving myself what I want because I deserve it.

“And of course with that comes a bloated belly. But that’s okay, because I need to take care of myself tonight and i’m doing it guilt free.”
