TheMade in Chelseastar, 33, looked incredible in a snakeprint swimsuit with matching kaftan teamed with an oversized straw hat and cat-eye sunglasses. Posting to Instagram, Millie penned the caption: “Delighted to be back in Dubai for a very special event this weekend with @hugotaylorlondon” followed by a number of emojis.

The pair are staying at the Atlantis, The Palm luxury hotel, which averages around £520 a night. Located on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah Island, the 5-star hotel boasts stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and a private sandy beach.

Millie can also be seen posing in front of the hotel’s magical underwater aquarium in a tight-fitting cut-out white dress, as well as making most of the facilities with a workout at the gym. Posting a picture of the spin bike to her stories, Millie wrote: “the best cure for jet lag.”

The couple also spent a romantic date night dining out at the Michelin star Hakkasan Dubai restaurant located in the hotel, which serves authentic Cantonese dishes. Snapping a pic of the luxurious meal, the reality TV star described it as one of her “favourite meals ever”, writing: “highlights were the dim sum, peking duck and chilean seas bass.”

Millie recently opened up about her decision to stop drinking on Instagram. The star shared with fans: “I realise I haven’t done a mental health check in a while. I’ve been sharing more on the podcast, but I wanted to update you on how I’m feeling on here.”

Millie went on to explain that whilst she’s “generally a lot less anxious which is great,” she recently had a “breakthrough in therapy,” which led her to reconsider her relationship to alcohol.

She continued: “I didn’t want to admit it, but it’s a huge trigger for my anxiety. It has an instant negative effect on my mental health and right now I’m focused on feeling my best, finding happiness in my life and not trying to escape from it.”

Millie explained that, whilst she’s “not saying I’ll never drink alcohol again,” she’s embracing her new sober lifestyle and added that she’s “feeling more energised, my skin is looking great and I’m sleeping much better.”

This update came after Millie revealed in August 2022 that she had been taking medication to help with her anxiety.

The mother-of-two, who shares Sienna, two, and six-month-old Aurelia with husband Hugo, revealed that she had been suffering from “consuming” thoughts and that her mental health took a turn for the worse after becoming a mother and being stuck in lockdown.
