Sam Faiers has given a glimpse inside her family camping trip to Dorset.

The Mummy Diaries star, 30, shared a look inside the "huge safari tent" that she was staying in with her other-half Paul Knightley and children Paul, five, and three year old daughter Rosie.

Mum-of-two Sam gave a tour of the huge tent which had two plush double beds and stunning views overlooking Seatown Beach at the Golden Cap Holiday Park in Bridport.

Sam shared a look inside her camping preparations on Wednesday 7 July which included toilet rolls, extension cables, bread and washing detergent before packing up the car boot to the brim.

Paul and Rosie looked over-the-moon to be going on a staycation and threw their arms in the air and exclaimed "camping" when Sam asked where the family were going.

"How cool is our safari tent? I guess it's glamping. We have beds and some electricity but no water supply so showering, toilet and washing up is done in a communal area (very clean and no hassle)."

Sam filmed Rosie helping to put the food away in their tent before revealing how the family pushed the two single beds together and removed the divider from the beds to create one huge cosy space.

Meanwhile Sam went back to basics at the camp and shared a snap of her cup of tea while wearing Crocs to walk around the site.

The blonde beauty also filmed the outside breakfast set-up which included smoked bacon, fried eggs and beans cooked on a camp stove.

Sam also panned to the gorgeous beach and revealed how close the campsite was to the shore as she shared the footage with her 2.5 million followers.

The doting mum looked radiant as she posed in a grey sweatshirt and sunglasses with her locks tied up into a ponytail for the beach excursion.

Sam also shared a sweet snap with her son Paul who looked every inch the proud football supporter in his England kit.

It comes after Sam announced she's quitting The Mummy Diaries after seven years.

Sam admitted it "wasn't an easy decision", but said she's decided to step away from reality TV to give her family, including partner Paul Knightley and their children Rosie and Paul Jr, a "break".

Sam wrote on Instagram: "To my wonderful followers and supporters of The Mummy Diaries over the past 7 years, for many months of consideration, I've decided that now feels like the right time to step away and to focus on new adventures.

"I truly have watched all the most defining moments in my adult life play out on The Mummy Diaries – bringing two beautiful children into the world, my relationship with Paul, building my businesses, creating a home together as a family, and of course all the wonderful memories with Billie and my family."

She continued: "I'm so grateful to ITV and Potato for giving me and my children the best home movies anyone could ask for, I could never have imagined 7 years ago that we would still be here today- 9 series on! But more importantly I will be forever appreciative to our incredible viewers.

"For those of you wondering why, and this is the honest truth; I always said when the children start school, I would reassess the situation and this wasn’t an easy decision to make by all means [sad emoji] but I’ve decided I would let my family take a break from it all."
