KFC customers can get 50% off popcorn chicken meals this week

KFC customers can bag half price popcorn chicken this week.

The fast food giant is running a January sale, which allows punters to snap up one regular popcorn chicken meal for around £2.15 instead of £4.29.

The bite-sized pieces of fried chicken come with fries and a drink.

So will you be ordering a KFC this week?

If so, you’ll need to do so before January 24 to redeem the promotion through the free KFC app.

You’ll find the deal under the “offers and rewards” part of the app – and you must then show it to cashiers at outlets and drive-thrus.

Unfortunately, the deal can’t be redeemed when getting KFC delivered.

It’s also worth noting that prices vary from outlet to outlet.

You might not be able to get popcorn chicken for £2.15 but you can rest-assured that you’ll be getting 50% off wherever you are.

The fast food giant has offered other discounts this month too – and given out freebies too.

Previously, it gave away free hot wings and French fries to app users so it really is worth downloading the loyalty scheme for rewards.

KFC is still open under the latest lockdown restrictions but for takeaway and drive-thru only.

Unfortunately, this means customers cannot sit in to enjoy their meals.

If you go inside to collect your order then you must wear a mask unless you are exempt and must also follow social distancing rules.

KFC customers can order through the KFC app, or through UberEats, JustEat and Deliveroo.
