MAFS UK couples most likely to stay together include Tayah and Adam, says dating expert

This week marks the end of the current series of Married at First Sight UK – and so naturally, our minds are wondering which couples will stay in their marriages when the cameras stop rolling.

Match’sdating expert, Hayley Quinn, has analysed each of the remaining five couples and revealed who she believes will celebrate their Diamond anniversary – and who would be lucky if they make it to exchanging paper gifts on their first…

Hayley says: "Franky and Marylise were originally matched because they shared the same traditional relationship values, however it didn't take long for some viewers to become concerned over what they felt was Franky's controlling behaviour.

"Franky is undoubtedly a brash character, who perhaps needs a partner as easy going and diplomatic as Marylise to work. However, I have doubts this couple will work longer term.

"Franky may be controlling and opinionated, recently telling Marylise his ideal match wouldn't have kids (which she does), however, Marylise's first loyalty will always be to her kids.

"If she feels Franky would be a bad role model, he'll be out, so whilst Marylise may seem very amenable, I think she would ultimately put a stop to the relationship as she saw it as a conflict to her role as a mother."

"Daniel and Matt felt an instant chemistry, with Daniel even checking his neck for love bites the morning after the wedding! Apart from physical chemistry, they also were closely aligned on their values, both wanting to have a family despite their age difference.

"The only thing keeping this couple quite literally apart is the distance between Matt's native Leeds, and Daniel's love of Northern Ireland. With so much going for them though, I'm sure this couple is going to reach a compromise."

"Luke wasn't the man Morag expected to see at the altar, in her own words he wasn't what she 'ordered.' Since then, patient Luke has kept insisting that he's the man Morag deserves, even if he's not her normal type. Morag has also been working to overcome her love of a bad boy, which has kept her unhappily single so far. However, I don't see this couple lasting.

"Despite Luke saying he doesn't want children anymore, later down the line he may regret compromising this far to keep Morag. Morag also always having one foot out of the relationship, and not truly supporting Luke, could also ultimately damage his self-esteem, making him less able to be the confident man she craves."

"Amy and Josh seemed like a surprising match, with a big age difference and totally different interests. However, as the weeks have passed, you can see how this couple is more on the same page than you might think, in good and bad ways.

"Both have some way to go towards emotional maturity as Amy tends to snap and Josh clams up. They need to keep working at things to see if their similarities are bigger than their differences, but ultimately time may run out for them to work it out, as Amy wants kids and a clear plan for her future sooner than Josh can probably give it to her."

"Adam and Tayah have been one of this season's golden couples, seemingly brilliantly matched in terms of their life goals, timelines and how they express affection.

"Tayah may have to add a few throw pillows to Adam's bachelor pad, and inevitably at some stage they will argue, but for now it looks like this couple are totally on the same page."
