McDonald’s offers customers mega discount off entire menu for first time ever

McDonald's is offering customers a discount off the entire menu.

For the first time ever, the fast food giant announced 15% off when fans spend £8 through the MyMcDonald's app.

For one day only on September 18, Brits can bag a bargain and enjoy the deal on their favourite menu items.

From breakfast classics like the McMuffin to lunch and dinner staples including crispy Chicken McNuggets, plus more.

Finally, customers will be able to earn points when they purchase one of the deals through MyMcDonald's Rewards.

It means every penny spent equals one point, so this week's offer will give at least 680 points when redeeming.

There are some amazing Rewards available for fans to treat themselves to when point milestones are hit.

When customers reach 1,500 points, they can choose between Fries, a Hash Brown, a regular Soft Drink or a Side Salad.

With 2,500 points, it's a Double Cheeseburger, Vegetable Deluxe or Apple Pie.

Then 6 Chicken McNuggets, a Big Mac or Filet-O-Fish is on the cards with 4,000 points.

Customers with 5,500 points can redeem a Mighty McMuffin, McSpicy, Double Quarter Pounder or a McCrispy.

There is also an option to donate the cash equivalent of points to BBC Children in Need, FairShare and Ronald McDonald House Charities to support the company's commitment to funding and supporting youth work.

All deals are exclusively available on the McDonald's app and customers can start earning points on all orders by opting into the Rewards system.

McDonald's breakfast is available from 5am-11am, and McDonald's lunchtime menu is available from 11am daily.

Shoppers were left raging as a fan favourite suddenly left the menu a few weeks ago.

Introduced in June, the delicious Chocolate Pie graced the McDonald's menus with its sweet flavours.

The limited-edition snack was only meant to remain on the menu until September or while stocks last.
