Life in plastic, it’s fantastic.

Megan Fox got all dolled up for Thursday night’s iHeartRadio Music Awards with her boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly, channeling Barbie on the red carpet in head-to-toe hot pink satin.

The “Jennifer’s Body” actress, 35, shimmied into a curve-hugging bustier and matching skintight trousers by Mach & Mach.

She finished her sexy look with a sparkling purse and embellished pumps from the same label, the latter of which featured silver bows that matched the ones at her shoulders.

Playing the Ken to Fox’s Barbie, MGK, 31, donned a glittery white blazer, crystal-studded turtleneck and silver leather shorts; both the butterfly on his lapel and his striped socks included pops of bright pink.

The PDA-happy pair once again matched down to their manicures; Fox sported relatively simple hot pink tips, while Kelly rocked razor-sharp, super-long nails embellished with edgy studs and chains.

“They like to match,” Nails of LA founder Brittney Boyce — and the artist behind the duo’s complementary digits — told Page Six Style recently.

“Part of me would be like, ‘Oh, it’s so cool if [couples manicures] become a trend.’ But the other part of me is like, ‘I just want it to stay theirs,’” she added.

MGK and Fox, who have been dating for a little over a year after meeting on the set of their movie “Midnight in the Switchgrass,” similarly coordinated their looks (nails included) for last Sunday’s Billboard Music Awards.

There, the brunette beauty wore a barely-there black Mugler dress that basically broke the internet, while Kelly showed some skin of his own in an oversize Balmain suit with an unbuttoned shirt — and even painted his tongue black for the occasion.
