A former Playboy model who loves plastic surgery has revealed how she's managed to get her ex-fiancé fund her obsession.
Nicole Angele, 32, believes the "faker the better" as she's always enjoyed going under the knife to alter her appearance.
She booked her first procedure to get a breast enlargement in January 2004 which cost £8,000.
The 400cc implants increased her breast size to a 34C and the model was overwhelmed with the results.
Five years later, Nicole, from Florida, US, moved to California where she met a photographer who worked in the Playboy Mansion.
The photographer was taken with her body and scored a job as a body painted model for Hugh Hefner.
After moving to California, Nicola had the urge to have more surgery and booked her second breast enlargement in 2013.
Her 600cc implants, which cost another £8,000, gave her size 34D breasts.
In 2018, Nicole met her ex-fiancé Lenny Smith who supported her decision to get further surgery on her breasts.
He gave her £8,000 for 800cc implants, then spent a further £18,000 on lip fillers, bottom sculpture and two liquid nose jobs.
The couple broke up in 2020 and Nicole decided to start this new chapter in her life with yet another breast enlargement procedure.
This time she wanted 2000cc implants to give her size 34J breasts.
She has her lip fillers and Botox topped up every seven months at £700 and plans to get more procedures in the future.
And Nicole doesn't think she can live without filler in her body as she loves her "plastic" journey.
The model said: "I was always a big fan of boobs and lips and I wanted plastic surgery as I believed that faker was better.
"I wasn't happy with my size 34A breasts. I'm a strong believer of, 'If you're not happy with yourself, you should improve yourself'."

She added: "I felt sexy, happy and more excited about modelling in bikinis and lingerie, but I still wasn't content."
Speaking about the Playboy Mansion, Nicole revealed: "I loved the attention I was getting from everyone."
But her plastic surgery journey hasn't just come from her pocket as she revealed her ex-partner Lenny splurged £26,000 on her work.
She said: "He knew how happy it made me and he really loved my figure too – anything I wanted, I would get.
"Unfortunately, we split just a year ago and shortly after this."

Although Nicole receives some hate on social media, it doesn't bother her what people think.
She admitted: "I love my huge boobs and I'm super happy now.
"I don't know if I will get another breast enlargement in the future but I will always love the journey of being plastic.
"I couldn't live without my filler, fake boobs or bottom.
"My advice to anyone wanting plastic surgery is to go for it – life is too short to be unhappy with your body."
