Mrs Hinch has given a glimpse inside her huge living and dining room after the family had a 'leak' at her new sprawling farmhouse.

The 31 year old, who recently unveiled her first transformation at the property, lovingly named Hinch Farm, has shared a further peek inside her gorgeous new home with her 4.3million followers.

Mrs Hinch, real name Sophie Hinchliffe, who shares children Ronnie, two, and Lennie, eight months, with husband Jamie, 42, took her followers on a mini tour of the downstairs area and revealed that their home had experienced a 'serious leak'.

Leading off the grand hallway, Mrs Hinch shared a look inside the dining room which has glass double doors leading into the bright and airy space.

She said: "In here will be the dining room. The carpet is up at the moment because we have had a serious leak but it is fixed now so we have just got to get it all ready.

"This will be the dining room and across from there this is the sitting room guys or the living room."

At the other end of the hallway, Mrs Hinch gave a peek inside her living room which had two full length windows that flooded the room with natural light along with a chimney breast.

The cleaning influencer added: "The light is just amazing in here! I am thinking of making two window seats in here, I want to put some brick-style tiles on the back and that will be this room.

"I can't believe it. I love it! I love it!"

Sophie inserted a snap of a design idea which included grey tiles on the chimney breast along with two seating areas and a huge black chandelier in the centre of the room.

It comes after Sophie posted a selection of different colours to her Instagram Story recently, named Mushroom Paint Colours, telling her followers: "Lots of questions asking my chosen colour scheme for the new house so…

"The one word I'm using to describe it is mushroom. There will be a mixture of all these colours throughout."

The mum of two then shared a second snap showcasing her plans for her spacious utility room, and she posted a mood board with a series of interior inspiration photographs on.

The star looks to be opting for neutral colour palette throughout the home, and it's clear she has a distinct interior style.

After reviewing the trends from the mood boards, Lizzie Beesley, head of design at kitchen specialists Magnet, commented: “It’s clear that Mrs Hinch is a leader in trends. She’s captured the current move towards a warm, neutral palette. These comforting tones enrich any environment and provide the perfect canvas for stronger colours and patterns.

"Her choice of matt stone, classic shaker cabinetry, washed timber and matt black handles all pull from classic Scandinavian styling. Perfect for a utility room, where you want to enhance the scent of freshly washed laundry with warmth and comfort."
