Primark fans get excited – you’ll soon be able to find out exactly what is in each store on their website.
The brand is having a bit of a refresh online and promises to list more of its range as well as showing which stores are stocking each of the items.
Sadly, you still won’t be able to buy any of the items online or have them delivered.
It’s also not clear how often the list of stores will be updated to avoid customers heading to a branch, only to find it’s now out of stock.
Currently, the website shows a selection of the most popular items so many rely on social media post and videos to get a better idea of what is available.
The announcement was included in the latest trading update from Associated British Foods, who own Primark.
The release said: ‘The improved functionality of the website will allow us to showcase a much larger proportion of the Primark range and provide to customers range availability by store.’
The new website is expected to launch in early 2022.
The update also revealed that sales for the brand had soared this quarter, despite being closed due to the third lockdown.
Revenues reached £1.6bn in the third quarter, which it put down to the reopening of all stores in April and the launch of seven new stores.
This was ahead of expectations and a number of new sales records had been set.
Now stores are back, it said customers are turning away from loungewear and back to key fashion pieces with two of the most popular being the pink gingham and purple blazers.
