Rebecca Crews can’t keep up with husband Terry Crews in the gym.

“Fitness is a big part of our family. Terry and I both exercise every single day,” the actress, 55, told Page Six Style.

“I don’t work out quite as hard as Terry does … but it is very important to keep a regular workout routine. For me, keeping my spiritual discipline, my prayer, my affirmations and reading my scripture every day [is important].”

She carried that same attitude throughout the coronavirus pandemic, focusing on mental health rather than her outer appearance.

And when choosing products to put on her face, hair and body, Crews always looks for holistic solutions.

For skincare, she prefers clinical beauty brands like Dermatologica and Dr. Jart. “I seek out product lines that have the least amount of chemicals,” she said. For haircare, Aveda products are her go-to.

Rebecca and 52-year-old Terry, who have been married for 32 years and share 5 children, document the ups and downs of their relationship in a new Audible Original titled “Stronger Together.”

“For me, it is [about] the discipline of the heart and the mind, getting your body together and keeping your thoughts positive. Keeping them hopeful to where we’re gonna get through this, the world [is] gonna get through this,” Crews said of her current M.O.

“We lost some people due to COVID, so it’s also dealing with grief and battling fear and making sure you are mentally keeping your faith strong.”

“Stronger Together” will be exclusively available on Audible on April 15.
