Maya Vander will have something even better to look forward to than a gift under the Christmas tree this year.

The “Selling Sunset” star announced on Instagram Thursday that she is pregnant with her third child, who is due in December.

“Here we go again,” Vander captioned a photo of herself smiling in a blue curve-hugging dress as her husband cradled her baby bump. “Baby No. 3 will be our Christmas/Chanukah present! 💙👶.”

She added the hashtags: “babybump #4months #love #family #3under3 #sellingsunset #netflix #miami #sunset.”

The reality star’s Oppenheim Group co-workers were quick to send congratulatory messages in the comments section of her post.

Christine Quinn, who became a mom in May, wrote, “Omgggg I’m so happy for you!!!!!”

“Love this pic!! Congrats my darling friend!! 💖💙💖💙💖,” Davina Potratz added.

Vander and her husband, whose name she has not revealed, welcomed their son, Aiden, 2, in April 2019 and daughter Elle, 1, in May 2020.

The real estate agent joked about her family growing so quickly after announcing Elle’s birth last year, writing, “Maybe in season 3 I’ll get another puppy instead of another baby🤣🤣 .”

While Vander has posted photos with her husband before, she has no plans to share more information about the financier anytime soon.

“For him to be on the show, unfortunately, it can actually maybe destroy his career,” she told Page Six in August 2020. “So I’d rather him not get involved. I tried to show him a little bit on social media just so people know that I do have a husband and he’s a nice guy. He’s a great guy.”

Vander told us in March that she would be commuting between her new home in Miami and Los Angeles to continue filming Seasons 4 and 5 of “Selling Sunset.” It is unclear if her pregnancy will affect her plans.

However, she has her support base to rely on either way.

“Thankfully, I have an amazing, supportive husband, and we just have to bring some help in when I’m filming in L.A.,” she said at the time.
