Tori Spelling is moving on up — to a friend’s house.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum, who was staying with her kids at a $100-per-night motel, has relocated to pal’s pad, People reported Wednesday.
“Tori isn’t staying at a motel,” the source said. “She’s staying with a friend.”
A rep for the TV star didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
Spelling and her five kids, whom she shares with estranged husband Dean McDermott, booked rooms at the no-frills lodge following the now-former couple’s divorce announcement.
The former “Chopped Canada” host, 56, was photographed days later moving his belongings into storage.
A source told Us Weekly that the actress and her children checked into the motel because of the ongoing mold infestation in their rental home.
“Tori and Dean are doing really good and her staying at a hotel with their kids has nothing to do with a separation,” an insider told the outlet.
“They decided to stay there because of the ongoing mold problem at their house. Tori is taking this issue very seriously and isn’t going to subject herself or her kids to that.”

Spelling, 50, and her kids had been suffering from extreme health issues, which included high-grade fevers and hemiplegic migraines, for months before realizing that a “severe” mold infestation was the cause.
Spelling admitted in May that she thought her kids were just “continually bring[ing] sicknesses home” from school.
“But, when it gets to the point where they are at home sick more than being in school we had to reassess what was going on,” she said.
A week later, Spelling said she discovered “next-level” mold that had been “slowly killing” her family for years and asked fans if they had any recommendations for an attorney who specializes in that type of litigation.
