Vicky told Bury Times: “I did just one show at the Octagon before today, Alfie, which was a good couple of years ago when I worked with David Thacker. I really did want to come back and I never dreamed it would be for two shows.

"Having a chance to play different parts and be involved in two such different productions but at the same theatre and so close to home is great.

"It is brilliant to be able to come home. I've done a couple of plays down in London and met family at Euston Station and dragged them around the city, so it's actually nice to come back home and see everyone without all the travelling."
