Woman made £2k a week selling old bikini snaps she’d already posted for free

A savvy woman has made over £6,000 in a month by posting old holiday snaps of her in a bikini on OnlyFans.

Television props assistant Mekayla Bierman, from Canada, had already uploaded the shots to Instagram.

Then in January 2020, she was inspired by a trend that challenges you to see how much you can earn from pictures you've already posted online.

The 25-year-old vlogger, who wanted to diversify the usual content she posts on YouTube, threw herself into the challenge.

She set-up an OnlyFans page, where she uploaded bikini pictures from previous holidays to her paying subscribers.

Mekayla also uploaded photos in her underwear that had a "sultry" look to them.

Staggeringly, she managed to make more than £2,000 in a single week.

She explained: "Initially, I thought it would be a fun idea to try out but I had no idea how much money I would make off the subscription service in such a short space of time.

"I would post bikini pictures from past holidays or pictures of me in my underwear that I would have already posted on my Instagram, so it was nothing that I hadn't already put out there before.

"My girlfriend, Amy, made it known that although she supported me, she didn't feel comfortable with me posting fully nude images or videos, which I wasn't too comfortable with either and she helped me produce content by taking photos for me."

She added: "After one week, I was completely overwhelmed as I had gained over one-hundred subscribers and had made over two-thousand-pounds which was absolutely crazy.”

After posting the challenge results on YouTube, her OnlyFans account grew even more – and she’s made £10,000 alone selling foot photos.

Men are willing to pay £200 a pop for snaps of her tootsies.

But, she has faced hate because of her decision to start the channel.

Mekeyla said that men would comment saying “You women have it so easy, I don't know why you complain about the wage gap” and “I’m sure your parents are so proud of you selling yourself online”.

But, she doesn’t care as she’s made a fortune in just a year.

The OnlyFans model explained: “I don't care what men have to say about my content, as they're the ones who are buying it all up which helped me to buy a brand new computer for my parents, as well as a two-and-a-half week long trip around Australia which cost around three-thousand-pounds for me and my girlfriend.

"In my first month, I made over six-thousand-pounds alone and although I don't regularly post as much as I used to, money is still trickling in from old content and I believe making an OnlyFans was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

"OnlyFans has brought me financial stability that I never thought I'd have at this age.”
