A woman has been slammed online after claiming that she sticks nicotine patches on her boyfriend when he sleeps so he becomes “addicted” to her.
Posting on Instagram, the woman explained that she puts the patches – which are used to quit smoking – on her man without him knowing.
Captioning the post she wrote: “When you put a nicotine patch on him every night when he sleeps w you so he has withdrawals when you’re not together and he becomes addicted to hanging out with you (sic).”
She added: "He already has a nicotine addiction."

The post was shared on Reddit where the woman was dubbed “tacky”.
And, many people were horrified by the act across the forum and on Twitter.
One Reddit user said: “OMG. Nicotine patches at night cause nightmares!!!”
“Oh hell no, she’s evil,” added another.
While a third commented: “Makes me never want to let someone in my life again.
But some argued that the woman must be joking.
We mean, surely nobody would do that to someone they love?
A poster added: “I wonder how many of these posts are just edgy jokes that have been taken too seriously.
“Seems too far fetched to be real.”
