  • Busted have become legendary over the years, and this year marks 20 years since the inception of the first-ever real British pop-punk trio. To mark the occasion, Charlie Simpson, Matt Willis and James Bourne are getting back together to celebrate their continued success and their music, as well as tour the country. It’s no surprise their comeback is such a big deal, considering Busted have sold more than 2.4 million records worldwide, as well as 1.8 million singles in the UK.

To coincide with their triumphant return, Busted are hitting the road once again to play some of the biggest venues around the UK throughout September 2023 on a “greatest hits tour”. Not only are they making appearances in London and Birmingham, but they are also venturing to Glasgow, Manchester and Cardiff as well.

Tickets for Busted’s 20th anniversary comeback tour go on sale at the end of the week, and we’ve got all the information you need to get involved.

Before that, however, there is a massive presale event going on, but you’ll need to act fast if you want to get tickets before anyone else.

When do Busted tickets come out?

Tickets for Busted’s 20th anniversary tour go on sale Friday, March 31, 2023, at 9am. Tickets will be available at a number of retailers.

First of all, Busted tickets will be available from Ticketmaster. You can go straight to the ticket-buying page by clicking this link. Who is supporting Busted on their comeback tour?

Busted have announced they will be supported by two massive artists throughout their UK tour taking place this Autumn.

Throughout the string of September shows, Busted will be joined by special guests Hanson, who are best known for the iconic song MMMBop, as well as Where’s The Love. The Tulsa, Oklahoma band are made up of brothers Isaac, Taylor and Zac Hanson, and will no doubt usher fans into a wonderful night of excitement.

Busted are also being joined on the expansive tour by the bright young stars New Hope Club. The young British boyband have quite a large following online, but are relatively new to the music industry, having only formed back in 2015 – but have since earned more than 2 billion streams on Spotify. Their poppy and thrilling hits are sure to fit right into Busted’s incredible tour.

Busted are also working with a slew of other artists on their upcoming re-releases of their classic songs.

When are Busted releasing new music?

New music from Busted has not yet been announced – but the band have confirmed they’ll be dropping some exciting new re-releases of their classic songs.

At the moment, the only song confirmed to be coming out is the major hit Loser Kid. This time around, however, it will feature the Canadian pop-punkers Simple Plan. The new version of the track is due to be released on Friday, April 14, 2023.

The other songs being released by the band have not yet been confirmed, but Busted have revealed these tracks will see features from the likes of All Time Low, McFly and many more.

    Where are Busted playing?

Busted are kicking off their 20th anniversary greatest hits tour on September 2, 2023, in Plymouth’s Pavilions venue.

From there, the band will journey through Wales, hitting Cardiff and Swansea, before returning to England to play Bournemouth, Brighton and Birmingham.

Matt, Charlie and James will eventually hit London, Nottingham and Newcastle before going through Scotland’s Aberdeen and Glasgow.

The final show of the tour (at the time of writing) is September 24th’s gig at Manchester’s AO Arena, finishing their 15-date tour.
