Don Toliver Withdraws From Kid Cudis To the Moon Tour, Blames Logistical Issues

Despite his withdrawal from the tour, Toliver divulges that he is still going to perform at Cudi’s ‘Moon Man’s Landing’ festival, which is set to take place in Cleveland on September 17.

AceShowbizDon Toliver won’t be taking part in Kid Cudi‘s “To the Moon” tour. When sharing the announcement to his online devotees, the “After Party” rapper revealed that he made the decision due to “logistical issues.”

Making use of Twitter on Friday, August 12, the 28-year-old emcee wrote, “Unfortunately due to production/logistical issues I am no longer able to appear on the ‘To the Moon’ tour with Kid Cudi.” He added, “My top priority is creating an experience that my fans deserve. We tried every possible option but ultimately there was no solution.”

“My brother Cudi is going to kill it every night!” the Cactus Jack signee continued. “I promise I’ll be locked in the studio crafting these moments to share with y’all on that stage so soon…”

Cudi himself has reacted to the news. “Man. Me and the fans will f**kin miss u out there brother,” the 38-year-old rhymer, whose real name is Scott Ramon Seguro Mescudi, lamented. “Love u Don. sad news.”

Despite his withdrawal, Toliver divulged that he is still going to perform at Cudi’s “Moon Man’s Landing” festival, which is set to take place in Cleveland on September 17. He told one fan, “Will still be in Cleveland for the fest.”

This arrived after Cudi got thrown water bottles when headlining Rolling Loud Miami in July. In a video surfacing online, the “Pursuit of Happiness” rapper could be seen warning the audience that he would leave if someone threw one more thing at him. “Yo, I will walk off this stage if you all throw one more f**king thing up here, I will leave, I will leave right now,” he argued.

“Throw one more f**king thing on this stage and I’ll walk off, I’m not f**king playing. I’m not f**king playing, you will ruin it for everybody. I’ll f**king leave If I get hit with one more f**king thing, if I see one more f**king thing on this f**king stage, I’m leaving. Don’t f**k with me,” Cudi fumed. However, someone threw another item at him shortly afterward, prompting him to drop his mic and walk offstage.
