Mick Norcross’ TOWIE romances from Gemma Collins to love with Sugar Hut honey

Mick Norcross' tragic death at the age of 57 sent shockwaves through Towie's cast and fans, with a host of his co-stars penning heartfelt and poignant tributes.

As dad to Kirk, boss of celeb haunt The Sugar Hut, and a "true gentleman", Mick cemented his status among fans as one of the greats.

A cause of death is yet to be confirmed, but the circumstances are not being treated as suspicious.

During his time in the show's spotlight, Mick was linked to a number of its biggest stars, including Towie royalty Gemma Collins.

And some of those former flames were among the first to share their memories of "good guy" Mick.

Back in the reality bash's early days, Mick was linked with Chloe Sims, with the two developing chemistry during the second season way back in 2011.

Since his death, Chloe has branded Mick "forever a gentleman, with the most gentle, kind heart" in a touching message on social media.

Gemma Collins, meanwhile – arguably Towie's biggest success story – pursued a romance with Mick during which she famously baked him an apple pie and left it outside his house.

"ALWAYS A GENTLEMAN," Gemma wrote as she reached out to Kirk following his loss.

She added: "The memories of the early days the sugar hut and the wonderful filming parties you put on will never be forgotten. you never know what someone is going through you was one of the good guys."

In season three, Mick found a spark with Maria Fowler after bumping into her at a singles dating event.

Their romance, though brief, played out in a series of sweet dates in the following episodes.

Reports emerged in 2018 that Mick had found love with Sugar Hut honey Samantha Keahey, who went on to become the hotspot's brand business ambassador.

Among other stars to pay tribute have been Mario Falcone and James Argent, while Bobby Norris shared a quote reading: "Just a reminder in case your mind is playing tricks on you today.

"You matter. You're important. You're loved. And your presence on this earth makes a difference whether you see it or not.".

Jess Wright, meanwhile, expressed her sorrow at the "terribly, terribly sad" news, and reached out to Mick's family in their time of grief.
