Stormzy avoids crowds as star looks unrecognisable with disguise at Glastonbury

Stormzy managed to lose himself among the revellers at Glastonbury by going to the festival undercover.

The grime star – who headlined the event at Worthy Farm in Somerset back in 2019 – was spotted in the crowd this weekend.

A video on TikTok showed the star in a mask and hat, walking through the crowd and then dancing with friends.

The people around him apparently didn't all clock that a BRIT-winner was in their midst, so Stormzy was able to just enjoy the music.

Another part of the clip showed the star backstage catching up with Bad Guy singer Billie Eilish, who performed at Glastonbury on Friday night.

The pair have chatted before and last year they came together for an interview with i-D magazine.

And Stormzy was also seen posing for a picture with Hollywood star Woody Harrelson.

Fans loved that he went incognito.

"I knew he would be there love it," one posted on TikTok.

"Love it, he's lovin life right now," said another.

"Stormzy is a whole vibe bro," said someone else.

"No way was Stormzy at Glastonbury just vibing with the audience!" posted another.

Stormzy became the first ever UK rapper to top the bill at Glastonbury when he performed three years ago.

However, it didn't go entirely as planned, with sound issues apparently affecting his set.

The star told Q magazine: “My in-ears blew after about 20 minutes, so I had no sound for the whole thing. It was the most difficult thing I've ever done.

"When I walked off stage, I thought I'd f***** it. I thought it was the worst thing I'd ever done."

However, organiser Emily Eavis gave Stormzy a tape of his performance and he said when he watched it he realised it "went all right".
