These are the best holiday deals, flights and packages at the moment

Trips abroad have been dictated by Covid restrictions and travel announcements over the past few months.

Another statement is expected to be made soon, which could impact anyone in the UK looking to go on holiday.

However, it’s worth pointing out that the current traffic light system – which consists of red, amber and green listed countries – is also under scrutiny. In fact, there’s talk of it being scrapped in the coming weeks.

Instead, amber and green countries could merge into a single green list, and the red one would remain as it is.

So while some countries may move around at the next travel announcement, there’s no knowing yet how long this system will be in place.

Despite uncertainty around some countries, there are still a number of destinations that are considered safe for travel. And, as a result, holiday companies and airlines are laying on some incredible deals for wannabe holidaymakers to snap up.

Summer may be over, but those looking for some winter sun, or to book in advance, can reap some incredible offers.
