Duking it out.

James Tupper recently claimed Anne Heche left him in charge of her estate — after her oldest son, Homer Laffoon, requested access to it following her death.

In court documents obtained by TMZ Thursday, the actor alleged Heche emailed him and two other people a copy of her will back in 2011 when they were still dating.

He further claimed the late actress, who died in August after a fiery crash, nominated him as the executor of her will so he could carry out her financial wishes.

Tupper — who shared son Atlas with Heche — also went after Laffoon and claimed he “is not suitable” to run his mom’s estate, pointing out that he is just 20 years old, unemployed and was estranged from Heche when she died.

He further claimed that he’s tried to get in contact with Laffoon with no success.

Meanwhile, Laffoon has claimed that Tupper — who was with Heche from 2006 to 2018 — is trying to keep his younger brother away from him by controlling his phone and locking the former out of their home.

Reps for Laffoon and Tupper did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Earlier this month, Page Six obtained court documents where Laffoon requested to be administrator of his mom’s estate because she did not leave a will.

Laffoon was also seeking to be named Atlas’ “guardian ad litem” and further requested the court waive the bond that would be owed.

Regarding the “guardian ad litem” request, Laffoon’s attorney clarified, “Homer is also in the process of having a third party appointed ‘guardian ad litem’ for his younger brother, Atlas (13), to represent Atlas’ interests in the probate proceedings.

“Despite reports to the contrary, Homer is not asking the court to appoint him as the ‘guardian,’ sole guardian or guardian ad litem for Atlas.”
