Grilled Maine Lobster Tail Kebabs with Lemon Herb Butter by Foodness Gracious’ Gerry Speirs & Maine Lobster Marketing Collaborative

These lobster kebabs created by Gerry Speirs are a skewered alternative to lobster rolls.

  • 4 large Maine lobster tails
  • 1 cup ghee or unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh tarragon, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • ½  tsp salt
  • ¼  tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 4 wooden or metal barbecue skewers
